Obamacare Supreme Court Decision: Flawed and Harmful [video briefs]

Your family and our health have been harmed by the Supreme Court’s decision on Obamacare.

What you should know:

1. The Court’s decision was political, not legal.

The Court ignored the law.

The Court said words don’t matter.

The Court politicized its decision…

The decision was to made to save Obamacare.

Supreme Court Justice Scalia said it best: “We should start calling this law SCOTUScare… [T]his Court’s two decisions on the Act will surely be remembered through the years… And the cases will publish forever the discouraging truth that the Supreme Court of the United States favors some laws over other, and is prepared to do whatever it takes to uphold and assist its favorites.”

2. Obamacare will continue to hurt families.

Obamacare is distorting and destroying quality healthcare.

Rising premiums, companies dumping their plans, hurting new technology, private medical practice going out of business, quality of care diminishing and fewer choices are just a few of the problems.

We need to repeal and replace it with a patient-based system.

3. 2016 Presidential election: only hope to repeal and replace.

This will now be a major political issue for 2016.

4. 2016: Time to appoint judges, not judicial activists.

The Court is supposed to interpret the law, not make it.

This Court makes law.

Elections have consequences. In the next 4 (maybe 5) years, the next President could appoint several new members.

Elections have consequences.
