How “unacceptable” is Israel?

The U.S. State Department’s use of the term “unacceptable” over the six years since President Obama took office is perplexing.

 Syria was “unacceptable” 147 times, followed by Iran (119 times).
  The U.S. called North Korea’s various actions “unacceptable” 115 times.
  Now, who would be #4? Libya? Pakistan? Russia? Cuba? Venezuela? Sudan? Communist China? Somalia?
  Israel came #4 -87 times. “Unacceptable.”
