Christian singer Natalie Grant stunned the audience…and the video got more than 120,000 views on one YouTube video alone.

Natalie Grant sang the national anthem before the College Football Playoff championship football game between Alabama and Georgia, Jan. 10th, 2022, in Indianapolis.

“Last night was a thrill,” Grant wrote.

“Beyond grateful for the opportunity. Last words in my mind before the first note, ‘Jesus, be glorified.’” Grant said.

She goes on to say, “I know it was the national anthem. He’s in every moment and can work through every moment. God bless America”.

Grant says, “You just felt this moment where everybody was just showing love for our country. And that was beautiful to see.”

Actor and talk show host Arsenio Hall was among those who praised the singer’s performance, tweeting that she “crushed it”.

  1. Someone recently said that those who sing songs like the National Anthem should sing them as written, not adding their own notes, and I totally agree. I was very disappointed in this.

  2. So powerful!!!
    Brought tears to my eyes!
God bless America and help us to continue to be the home of the free and the brave!
