It’s child abuse…
There’s no excuse for scaring vulnerable children into believing the world is going to end in 12 years … and then using them to promote a socialistic political agenda…
But that’s what’s happening.
The socialist politicians and so-called journalists should be ashamed of themselves.
So should the public schools that are teaching climate change alarmism and hysteria…
They are encouraging their students to skip school to stage protests, marches, rallies … and to spread the false narrative that climate change is man-made and that it’s destroying the planet.
It’s happening in government-run grade schools, middle schools and high schools…
And the kids are afraid … hysterical.
They are being lied to.
There are no unbiased scientific data or statistics that support the hysteria being taught in schools … and being shouted in the streets by students.
More than 500 scientists and professionals in climate and related fields have sent a “European Climate Declaration” to the Secretary-General of the UN asking for a high-level open debate on climate change.
“Climate science should be less political, while climate policies should be more scientific,” the declaration states.
It requests that scientists admit the uncertainties and exaggerations in their predictions regarding global warming … and that politicians talk about costs and benefits of adapting to global warming versus attempting to reverse it.
Meanwhile, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) – known as AOC – says without citing any supporting scientific facts or data, “The world is gonna end in 12 years if we don’t address climate change, and your biggest issue is … how we’re gonna pay for it?”
Many are ignoring AOC’s radical socialistic ideas…
But they’re not ignoring 16-year-old Greta Thunberg from Sweden…
Greta was invited to speak to world leaders at the 2019 UN Climate Action Summit in New York.
In a 4 ½-minute speech, she said with great drama and emotion, “You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words… We are in the beginning of a mass extinction and all you can talk about is money and fairy tales of eternal economic growth. How dare you!”
Her speech has sparked student protests, marches and hysterical climate alarmist speeches across the U.S. and around the world.
Many aren’t aware that this was actually not Greta’s first speech to a UN group…
She also spoke in December 2018 at the UN Climate Change COP24 Conference in Poland. In that speech, she spoke less about climate change and more about socialism…
She said, “Our civilization is being sacrificed for the opportunity of a very small number of people to continue making enormous amounts of money. Our biosphere is being sacrificed so that rich people in countries like mine can live in luxury. It is the sufferings of the many which pay for the luxuries of the few.”
She concluded her speech by saying, “We have not come here to beg world leaders to care. You have ignored us in the past and you will ignore us again. We have run out of excuses and we are running out of time. We have come here to let you know that change is coming, whether you like it or not. The real power belongs to the people.”
This is pure socialism…
She is being used by the socialist politicians to try to convince millennials and teenagers voting for the first time in 2020 to vote for socialist candidates who want to impose government control over the economy … and government control over social and economic behavior.
