Now another part of the U.S. is getting slammed by a hurricane.
And I’m asking you to pray for everyone involved for God’s grace, protection and healing.
God’s love and gift to salvation is being proclaimed by the churches, Christian witness and media reports from the tragedy in the Southwest that is Hurricane Harvey.
Now we have Hurricane Irma. Its winds are being clocked at 185 mph, the most powerful Atlantic Ocean hurricane in recorded history.
Please pray for the people in the Caribbean, Cuba, Puerto Rico and in Florida as Hurricane Irma may be more destructive than Harvey.
I’ve been in touch with Christians in Cuba and the Bahamas. They are also praying for us.
The devastation wrought by Harvey prompted President Trump to call for a National Day of Prayer. CLICK HERE to read more.
Please make every day a day of prayer for all the first-responders, rescuers, relief workers, volunteers and victims of these catastrophes.
Remember, there is nothing our God cannot do.
Jeremiah 32:27 proclaims His power:
“Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”
Let us pray for calm seas, as noted in Psalms 107:29.
“He caused the storm to be still, so that the waves of the sea were hushed.”
