Her powerful lyrics resonate with millions of people all over the world…

Lauren Daigle has exploded onto the music scene … establishing herself as one of the most successful artists in Christian music history.

“Your songs reach deep into hearts,” wrote one fan on Twitter.

I love the power of her songs … but what I love even more is how so many ‘nones’ are hearing about God’s love.

Her “crossover” songs – gospel songs that are being released in the secular market – are helping to open worldwide doors to the gospel.

At the 2019 Gospel Music Association (GMA) Dove Awards, Daigle won the awards for:

  • Artist of the Year
  • Song of the Year – “You Say”
  • Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year – Look Up Child

“You Say” was first released in mid-2018 and has been the #1 rated single on the Billboard Hot Christian Songs chart for a record 66 weeks.

Daigle won a Grammy award for both the single and the album.

The lyrics of “You Say” talk about what God says about us … in spite of what we think about ourselves.

The words of the chorus are powerful:

You say I am loved when I can’t feel a thing

You say I am strong when I think I am weak

You say I am held when I am falling short

When I don’t belong, You say I am Yours

And I believe, I believe what You say of me.

Listen to “You Say,” the 2019 Dove  Award Song of the Year here (4 ½ minutes).

Another powerful song on the Look Up Child album is “Rescue.” It assures us that God is our comfort and our shelter when we feel lost.

  1. I would have donated a hundred times, but Republicans don’t take PayPal..

MILLIONS use PayPal because it protects their banking info.

I was one of the 8 million people breached when info was stolen from Experian.

Never EVER will I EVER do anything regarding money again unless I can use PayPal. Ya’all should WAKE UP… what a loss.

Judicial Watch is the ONLY one that is smart enough to take it.

    Oh well….
