  1. The question “Should Republicans Be Silent?” assumes something that is false. The question assumes that the issue is with “republicans” when the issue is with post-1800s Christian churches across America editing the Word of God to exclude the obligation to engage in biblically required ‘works’ that should have Christians represent Christ in society and government to the exclusion of God offending and America destroying world views and governance. And the fact that, because we are disobeying God as it relates to this, the Republican party is corrupt due to the ‘Christ-void’ Christians have created in the GOP and America.

There are many verses in the Bible commanding Christians to action the Bible defines as ‘works’ as it applies to opposing evildoers:
Ezekiel 3:20 — Again, When a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: BECAUSE YOU HAVE NOT WARNED HIM, he shall die in his sin, and his righteousness which he hath done shall not be remembered; but HIS BLOOD I WILL REQUIRE AT YOUR HAND.
Proverbs 25:26 — A righteous man falling down before the wicked
is as a troubled fountain, and a corrupt spring.
Psalms 82:3-4 — Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy. (4) Deliver the poor and needy: rid them out of the hand of the wicked.

The GOP being silent on ‘value issues’ is merely a symptom of a greater disease. The greater ‘disease’ being the post-1800s version of Christianity having transitioning from engaging in the biblically required ‘works’ to fulfill the obligation to represent Christ in all things including government, to today’s edited LUKEWARM version of Christianity finding Jesus worth emotionalizing, experiencing, reading about, and talking about, but not worth representing society and government.

The ‘Christ-void’ in the GOP, government, and society is a natural product of lukewarm Christianity.

Revelation 3:16 — So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth.
