As is every other candidate.

The former Governor of Arkansas is the sixth Republican candidate to announce their reason for President.

The former Pastor/Fox TV host and Governor said in his announcement:

He would conquer radical Islam, not contain it.

“Hell would freeze over before Iran became nuclear”

“I will never apologize for American, ever.”

“The war on poverty hasn’t ended poverty; it’s prolonged it. I don’t judge the success of government by how many people are on assistance, but by how many people have good jobs and don’t need government assistance. To the cheers of Common Core opponents, he called for the Department of Education to be abolished so that power could be returned to parents and local governments.”

He not only called for end to the Department of Education.

He is committed to pro-life.

He stands for marriage better a man and a woman.

“I respect the courts, but the Supreme Court is only that — the supreme of the courts. It is not the supreme being. It cannot overrule God,” he said. “When it comes to prayer, when it comes to life, and when it comes to the sanctity of marriage, the court cannot change what God has created.”

“Somebody’s got to be willing to take on the institutions that challenge and threaten our ability to believe as we believe, because when religious liberty is lost, all liberty is lost,” he said.

Liberals are “criminalizing Christianity” by “abandoning biblical principles of natural marriage,” he told the audience, before reminding them that “the Supreme Court is not the Supreme Being, and they cannot overturn the laws of nature or of nature’s God.”

He advocates religious liberty.

He speaks up for a persecuted church.

Mike’s greatest weakness is some of his beliefs on national government service national education standards and willingness to see government programs and taxes he likes.
