Why Not Giuliani or McCain?
Here is a brief review of why I don’t support Giuliani or McCain.
First of all, both are inconsistent and more liberal than conservative. And I believe many conservatives and Evangelicals will not vote for either.
Rudy Giuliani
While we can respect Giuliani for 9/11, this does not necessarily make him qualified to be president. He is pro-abortion, pro-homosexual marriage and pro-gun control.
Giuliani has a great economic platform. But on national defense he favors nation building and has little insight.
And finally, on social issues he is close to Hillary, Obama and Edwards.
John McCain
I’d like to first mention I admire his service and stand on the War on Terror. However, he simply doesn’t have the management experience needed for a president.
He fails in the church test (see the list in the Voter Guide by clicking here). He flip-flops on issues. And he has an alliance with Ted Kennedy and other liberal Democrats, creating such hurtful legislation as McCain-Feingold (killing 1st Amendment rights) and McCain-Kennedy (practical amnesty).
And John McCain will not be able to keep conservative votes or Evangelical votes. While he has apologized for calling Evangelicals “agents of intolerance,” he has been undependable in upholding religious liberties.
A vote for Giuliani—or McCain—would be a vote for the liberal Democratic nominee.
